設計說明
透天厝是台灣常見的居住形式，通常是多世代一起居住。但在生活中往往會面臨到的問題是不同代之間的生活習慣、興趣嗜好、日常活動......都有很大的不同。最後造成每一代都分開來居住，大家互不干涉互相的生活，讓一個家缺少向心力。此次的設計我們要改變傳統的問題，在不同的樓層的公共空間依照家庭成員的興趣喜好及互動關係，使用不同的主題，使每一個家庭成員在不同的空間享受不同主題帶來的體驗，加強成員間的互動，同時也保有一定的隱私。我們也將業主設定的部分帶入設計主題中，同時在空間的構想中考量到無障礙的活動進而產生一些退縮。另外我們也在此設計案使用智慧家居系統，將每一樣對於這個家庭重要的功能置入，比如天氣預報、居家管理、老人照護、氣體偵測等等…使一個家庭的功能變得更加豐富，創造出一間屬於三代家庭的住宅。
Townhouse is a common form of living in Taiwan, usually living together for multiple generations. However, the problems often faced in life are that the habits, interests, hobbies, and daily activities of different generations are very different. In the end, each generation lived separately, and everyone did not interfere with each other's lives, leaving a home without centripetal force.
In this design, we have to change the traditional problem. In the public spaces on different floors, according to the interests and interactions of family members, use different themes, so that each family member can enjoy the experience brought by different themes in different spaces. Strengthen the interaction between members while maintaining some privacy. We also bring the part set by the owner into the design theme, and consider the barrier-free activities in the space concept to generate some retreat at the same time. In addition, we also use the smart home system in this design, and put in every important function for this family, such as weather forecast, home management, elderly care, gas detection, etc ... to make a family's functions more abundant. Created a home belonging to three generations families.
