『吃蟲』怎麼可以救地球？本團隊以『推廣食蟲成為未來的綠色飲食』為出發點，規劃完整的服務設計流程，設計飼養模組、以及能在一般家庭使用的食物膠囊及食物列印機（一口速食列印機），希望能將昆蟲轉化為大人小孩都能接受的健康綠色食品。
根據聯合國糧農組織報告指出人類人口將在2050年達到90億人口，屆時得產出更多的糧食供應給龐大的人口，目前的糧食分配，及產量並無法達成。尤其又以蛋白質攝取更為不易，而昆蟲是目前對環境負擔最小、飼養容易、成長迅速的優質蛋白質，若能引導與鼓勵人們多食用昆蟲，將能大幅舒緩糧食危機。
*麵包蟲飼養模組 Mealworm Feeding Module
麵包蟲飼養容易且是非常優質的蛋白質，設計團隊研究目前市面上的飼養方式，將飼養過程簡化與效率化，將不同生長期的麵包蟲分層飼養，模組能任意擴充，適合不同規模的用戶。
*一口膠囊食物列印機 Bouchee capsule food printer
設計團隊希望能將生長迅速且能提供優良蛋白質的麵包蟲轉換為未來家庭都能接受的健康食品，我們將替代食材轉換成方便儲存且能辨識履歷的食物膠囊，用戶僅需簡單步驟即能列印出各種趣味造型的點心，搭配手機端APP還能進行預約、檢視食材來源，設計自己喜歡的食物造型。

How can "eat worms" save the earth? The team's starting point is “Promoting Insectivores to be the Future of a Green Diet”, planning a complete service design process, designing feeding modules, and food capsules and food printing machines that can be used in the general household (a fast food printer) We hope to transform insects into healthy green food acceptable to adults and children.
According to the report of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, the human population will reach 9 billion people by 2050. At that time, more food will be supplied to a large population. The current food distribution and production cannot be achieved. In particular, protein intake is even more difficult. Insects are high-quality proteins that have the least burden on the environment, are easy to raise, and grow rapidly. If they can guide and encourage people to eat more insects, they will be able to greatly ease the food crisis.
The bread worms are easy to feed and are very good quality protein. The design team has studied the current feeding methods in the market, simplified and improved the feeding process, bred layers of worms in different growing stages, and the modules can be expanded arbitrarily to suit different scales for user.
The design team hopes to convert fast-growing bread worms that provide excellent protein to healthy foods that will be acceptable to future families. We convert the replacement food ingredients into food capsules that are easy to store and recognize. The user can simply list Print out a variety of interesting shape snacks, with mobile APP can also make an appointment, view the source of ingredients, design your favorite food shape.
